Today was a big day for our tunnel. It was finally sheeted over. It now really does look magnificent.
The top will be covered today and the rest will follow over the next few days. Its not as easy as it looks, a lot of wooden batons must be attached all over the tunnel for the sheet to actually fit too. The roof of the structure has also got to be moved up and down as the sheet goes on. Its not a case of throwing the sheet over.
We have a couple of days work on the pond until we can get it filling, but now we are very close to that stage.
